Spyder Active Sports, began it’s storied history in Boulder, creating high performance apparel for competitive skiers. Spyder has always been in the forefront of incorporating the latest technologies into their gear, sponsoring a number of Olympic ski teams, most recently those of Austria, Canada, and USA. With the development of a year round product line, Spyder is poised to launch a series of retail stores. “Venom Lab”, depicted on these pages, is a concept design developed by studio 303 for one of the beach communities of Los Angeles, with a sister store to be launched in the Denver market. A second concept is under development for Spyder’s higher end product lines, targeting the thirty to fifty five year old age group.
