Rejuvenescence Spa, a skin-care facility featuring medically supervised treatments, consists of four treatment rooms, two offices, kitchenette, retail space, reception desk and waiting room.  Vibrant, inviting colors are used throughout the spa that  compliment the custom mosaic tile which is located on one of the walls in the waiting room.

Though the client did not come to us with the goal of doing a “green” tenant improvement, we took every opportunity to introduce sustainable options for the client. Some of their choices included: energy efficient lighting; recyclable carpet tiles, eco-resin panels and natural linoleum flooring.
