V. Brandy LeMae, BFA, LEED AP
CFO / CCO
Ms. LeMae is an accomplished fine artist, graphic designer and kitchen/bath designer. She has been represented by several Colorado galleries and her fine art has been recognized with both best in show awards and the AHAB/Neodata Fellowship. Ms. LeMae is a community leader and appointed by Boulder City Council to the Boulder Arts Commission in 2009 for a five year term.
Brandy started working in the graphic design field after graduating from CU Boulder with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, magna cum laude. Ms. LeMae has created logo and identity packages, signage, catalogues, newsletters, websites, packaging, and other graphic materials for small and medium sized businesses across the Front Range. Before co-founding her first architecture studio, Ms. LeMae was marketing director for the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art and then owner of blink creative a boutique graphic design firm.
In 2009, Brandy earned her Certified Kitchen Design Certification from the Nation Kitchen and Bath Association. She has been dedicated to Green Building since 2000 earning both a Green Points Building Professional designation and her LEED Accreditation. Ms. LeMae’s residential interior design projects have been featured in local and national publications as well as filmed for television. She is dedicated to fine design that incorporates sustainability and energy efficiency. With a visual arts background, her eye for beauty and detail promotes inspired spaces and eye-catching graphics.
Ms. LeMae is a founding partner of WORKSHOP8 and currently serves as CFO and CCO. In the office, Brandy is known as El Jefa Verdadera (the TRUE boss). Her primary responsibilities include financial management, marketing and business development. She is recognized by her partners and staff for being eager, assertive, and exhibiting impressive organizational and networking skills and a deep passion for her work.
