WHAT IS GREEN TI?

Tenant improvements (TI) are changes made to the interior of a commercial space to accommodate the needs of the tenant. A “green” TI creates an office, retail space or restaurant that addresses energy efficiency, the comfort and health of the occupants, and the broader environmental impacts of the construction and remodeling process.
